Reunion Memories
The Hopkins Family traces its roots to Randal Hopkins (1829–1922) and his wife Nancy (Susie) Scott, who raised twelve children in Thomasville, Thomas County, Georgia.
Across five generations and counting, our family has grown from Thomas County to every corner of the nation — united by the scripture that has guided us for nearly two centuries: “But as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.”
Each reunion is a homecoming — a chance to honor where we came from, celebrate who we’ve become, and strengthen the ties that no distance can break.
Four days of celebration: Friday brunch hosted by the Ananias Hopkins Jr. family, Saturday's YMCA picnic with Gilbert Hopkins descendants, Sunday worship at Springhill Missionary Baptist Church, and the full family dinner at Hopkins Fellowship Center.
